I'm enthusiastic about assisting people in finding happiness and feeling good about themselves. When I originally started my fitness journey, I dealt with many injuries and surgeries as a division one athlete. For me, exercise entails far more than simply lifting weights. Stretching, warming up, exercising and getting adequate rest and sleep are important. It's about moving more freely and enjoying every moment of the day. I enjoy assisting people in seeing and experiencing what their bodies are capable of with just enough effort.
