We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. VINYASA POWER YOGA

This class is of moderate intensity. Power Yoga is practiced including the Vinyasa style flow. It focuses on Ujjayi breath (ocean breath) coupled with each Yoga Asana (posture). Benefits of the practice include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, flexibility and reduced stress.
