WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates is a low impact series of exercises designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Our in house pilates studio; The Pilates Vault WNY, is a fully equipped studio with state of the art Balanced Body Reformers, Combo Chairs, Trapeze Table and Ladder Barrel.  Classes are capped at 4 participants to allow for individual attention and customization for all fitness levels. Sessions booked are 30 or 60 minutes with private appointments available upon request.

The Pilates Vault WNY is a specialized pilates studio offering pilates and flexibility training using state of the art Balanced Body equipment. The studio emphasizes small class sizes, allowing for tailored instruction and individual attention. With a unique approach informed by professional dance and aerial trapeze backgrounds, The Pilates Vault WNY differentiates itself through a personalized touch and customizability that meets the needs of each client.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS!

JESSICA ABELL

 
Jessica Abell was born and raised in Clarence, NY. She has a longtime history of teaching as she studied dance locally and taught dance and gymnastics from a young age. She graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and moved to Orlando, Florida to start her performance career. After dancing and singing professionally for companies like Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland and Royal Olympic Cruises; she settled in Las Vegas for nearly a decade performing as a dancer and aerial acrobat. Performing aerial trapeze is how she discovered her love for Pilates for her career and for life.
 
Jessica has been certified in the Pilates method since 2008 and has been teaching in the Buffalo area exclusively since 2009. She has a true passion for helping people work toward their fitness and wellness goals.

OLIVIA BARONE

 
Olivia Barone is a PMA Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition Coach.  She has a dedication to growth and helping others achieve their personal best.  With a background in dance, Olivia found a passion for fitness, nutrition and teaching others fundamental movement that benefits daily life. She focuses on meeting the client where they are physically and helping them achieve anything they put their mind to.
 
Being able to help people better themselves is what makes her job as a pilates instructor and fitness coach so rewarding. 

*Non-Catalyst members pay a facility fee of $5.00 per visit. Day fee allows for full club access for that day including cardio deck, free weights, machines and use of locker rooms, showers and sauna. The Pilates Vault WNY classes are not included in Catalyst Fitness memberships.
