Turf Arena
Enjoy our centrally located turf area, your go-to space for versatile, functional training. You’ll have access to cardio mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, and more. At the far end of the turf, take on the ramp with ropes for a high-intensity workout that pushes your limits.
Recovery
Recover at the next level at Catalyst Elmwood. Enjoy access to Human Touch massage chairs, Beauty Shaper (red light therapy), dry saunas, TheraGun devices, vibrating rollers, and the Power Plate. From boosting circulation and accelerating muscle recovery to enhancing skin health, reducing stress, and detoxing through sweat, everything is designed to help you feel your best. Gain access to the Warrior Room with the Ultimate Membership, unlock a private space designed to help you focus and get your workout done. Inside, you’ll find vibrating rollers, Theraguns, and the Power Plate. The Power Plate is a vibration training platform that enhances muscle activation, improves circulation, and helps accelerate recovery.
