Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Raw Truth Yoga

A signature class for all levels which incorporates a combination of Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

This class is of moderate intensity. Power Yoga is practiced including the Vinyasa style flow. It focuses on Ujjayi breath (ocean breath) coupled with each Yoga Asana (posture). Benefits of the practice include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, flexibility and reduced stress.

This class is for all levels. Done in the Hatha style, the class combines yoga poses with proper breathing techniques. Done at al slower pace with a focus on a person’s alignment and breath. Participants will reap the benefits of less anxiety, better balance, and improved fitness.
