Catalyst Core/Camp

A class for all levels of exerciser. Core/Camp combines bootcamp style bouts of cardio and strength using aerobic and anaerobic heart rates to build strength and endurance. The last part of the class focuses on the core using Pilates style movements.

Catalyst Ignite

Melt the fat off and take your cardio up a level with this mix of aerobic and anaerobic intervals. Designed to improve your cardiovascular capacity, speed and endurance. This class will ignite your metabolism and have you burning fat all day!

A full body weight training class for all levels. Sets of both upper and lower body training using different types of weight equipment will help you achieve that lean sculpted look.

Our freestyle, non-contact kickboxing inspired cardio workout. Learn strikes and combinations to improve fitness and stamina. Catalyst Throwdown serves the needs of all participants – it will get beginners into shape, while still challenging advanced athletes.

This class combines the concepts of our Throwdown and Shred programs to torch fat, build lean muscle and get you strong.

Hope Chest Breast Cancer Survivor

Designed specifically for breast cancer survivors, but open to all members. The class mixes cardio and weight intervals to give all participants a great overall workout.

LES MILLS BODY ATTACK

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

LES MILLS BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful. Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 540 calories and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

LES MILLS CX WORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

LES MILLS GRIT

LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Raw Cuts

A signature class for all levels which incorporates barbells or free weights using the science of rhythmic variations to shock and confuse the muscle fibers, thereby shaping your body more efficiently.

SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.

ZUMBA

Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all of the elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

All memberships include access to our main gym strength training zones, cardio equipment, turf area, and executive-style locker rooms. As a member of Catalyst, you will be provided with a dedicated fitness professional as your point-of-contact for all member services, and to assist with the on-boarding of your personal fitness plan.
